Gabriel Arrandt

Physical Therapy Aide

I instruct and guide patients through exercises and stretches, ensuring proper technique/form is used in order to maximize recovery potential. I also assess and document patient progress, complete various office/clinic tidiness tasks, and assist the Physio team however else possible, as needed.
Outside of work, I love fitness and nutrition, traveling, backpacking, snowboarding, skateboarding, kayaking, playing music (guitar, percussion, & bass), seeing live music, crafting, building, community service, and anything eco-friendly.
Socrates’ quote, “The unexamined life is not worth living” has helped me discover myself and define what virtues and values I try to represent most. There are many, but to name a few: conscientiousness, selflessness, love, service, empathy, openness, living life with intention, efficiency, resourcefulness, being an optimistic realist, humor, leaving things better than when found, etc.
For me, the best part about working at Physio is the practical experience and exposure I get from working closely with such a skilled, efficient, and empathetic team – everyone has different knowledge and different insight to offer and genuinely cares about helping each other, so it’s been incredibly helpful for someone like me who is pursuing a career in this field.
