Amanda Nix PT, MPT, OCS, MTC, ATC
I grew up right here in Asheville. I went to A.C. Reynolds where my dad also taught and coached. My mom worked in surgery scheduling, mainly orthopedics. I went to WCU for both undergrad and grad school graduating with my degrees in Athletic Training then Masters of Physical Therapy. I lived in Atlanta for 8 years where I did residency and fellowship to gain my board certification in orthopedics and manual therapy certification. I moved home in 2018 to be closer to family, married the love of my life and gained a bonus kiddo in 2021 and the rest is history. Beside my PT credential I also am an athletic trainer. I worked sports medicine in the collegiate setting prior to transitioning into the clinic. I have worked with many collegiate and professional athletes in many sports.
Treating others the way I would want myself or my family members to be treated.
