Physio has chosen to limit in-person visits temporarily*.

April showers bring May flowers?March wasn’t what we expected. I’m sure that was the case for most everyone. We didn’t have March Madness or a candy count game. (The Physio team ate the entire 2 gallons of jelly beans. Sorry, not sorry. We’ve been stressed, ya’ll.) Physio has made the decision to limit our in-person visits focusing on urgent and post-operative cases, for the time being, starting on Monday, April 6th. We feel strongly this is the best way we can continue to responsibly serve

With the cold winter weather coming around again, we can obviously expect to see some snow and ice in the coming weeks. If you are like me, you have had a “slippery” experience with winter weather before,  but it is a time of the year that we can all overcome!  Since winter can be as treacherous as it is beautiful, I wanted to share some tips to help you finish the season still intact. How My Passion for Running Fueled my Passion to Heal

My life as a runner took off when I got into running cross-country and track in high school. I have been an athlete participating in a multitude of sports for most of my life, but when I joined the cross-country team, I knew I had found my passion.  I instantly loved the feeling of freedom as my feet left the ground. I loved that it enabled me to set my stress aside and focus on the movement
