We Now Offer Personal Training:

  • Personal Training – starts out at $20 – $55 per session
    • Customized for any fitness level. We can do semi-group with 2 people or more and we can do individual Personal Training. This is designed for Full Body Strength and conditioning. Our Physical Therapy patients will sometimes come straight into personal training to multiply their results.
  • Sports Specific Conditioning – Starts out at $20 – $50 per session
    • This will maximize your results specific to your sport. We specialize in injury prevention as well well muscle endurance (while adding Strength) to make sure the athlete has what it takes to finish off their opponent at the final minutes of their game.
