Ben Brower, Medical Biller
I moved to the Asheville area with my family in 2022. We didn't know exactly where we were going to end up. We drew a big circle (in SC, NC, VA and KY)) and eventually ended up loving the area so much that we stayed and found the right house for us.
In the past I have done many things. I was a Postal clerk for 6 years, a farmer in the Redwoods of California, I've worked one-on-one to help people with disabilities live independently in their own home, I used to play music in a band. Most recently I got certified as both a Medical Biller and a Medical Coder through the AAPC.

Something I would like to fix is demystifying the billing process for patients. Explanations Of Benefits (EOB's) can be difficult to read and understand, yet they are informative as to why your bill is the way it is. Always feel free to call us and ask questions!
I specialize as a pollinator. I love spreading best practices and information amongst those that I know.
What I love as a treat are Turkish olives.
What I love about working at Physio Physical Therapy and Wellness is how great all of my coworkers are. I get to hear people progressing in their journey to recovery.
