“Self care is not an expense. It’s an investment.”

What I do here at Physio is I am the only Massage Therapist at Physio and work closely with your Physical Therapist. I prepare your soft tissues to enhance the other manual therapies.

I support the healing and recovery of those with pain in the neck, shoulders, back, and hips as well as reducing anxiety and depression symptoms.

I love working at Physio because I can work collaboratively with competent physical therapists. It is rewarding to witness a patient’s healing and recovery.

What is Bethany Reading, Listening To, or Watching?

  • Book - I'm in 2 book clubs! I love memoirs, biographies, historical fiction and self-growth
  • TV Show - Break Point on Netflix
  • Podcast - ZOE Science & Nutrition and NPR’s Wait, Wait…Don’t Tell Me!

When I’m not at Physio, I am on the road with the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) Sports & Medicine Performance Health Team. This work is challenging and exhilarating! If I’m not working, you’ll find me on the yoga mat, cooking or cheerleading for my husband and 3 kiddos.
