I am a military brat and did quite a bit of moving around as a kid. I spent a lot of my childhood in the UK and later moved to Waynesville to finish out my high school years. I attended PTA school at Southwestern in Sylva, NC and have been working at Physio and living in Asheville for the last 10 years. I have worked in every aspect of physical therapy from the front desk, to being a PT tech, a treating therapist, and now the Clinical Director of our North Asheville location.

I love working with all things...a little bit of everything is what I prefer. I really like working on patients that have been frustrated with the "run around" and feel like they haven't been "heard" by the medical community. I love a challenge!
I specialize in manual therapy techniques for all types of injuries and issues. I also love working with scar tissue.
One of the reasons I enjoy working at Physio is I love my coworkers! I also love getting to know my patients and getting them back to living a better life with less pain and improved function.
