I was born and raised here in Asheville. To me our mountains and valleys are the most beautiful place on earth. I love driving the Blue Ridge Mountain, hiking the trials and taking in the breathtaking views. They are truly a respite for the mind and soul.

I was raised with a very close family. My favorite times and memories are family nights at my parents house along with my sister, brother in law and kids. We will play games and laugh until the wee hours of the morning. Growing up it was instilled in me by my parents from a young age to never judge a book by its cover, listen with an open mind and heart, and that everyone from every background was made in the image of God and deserved love and respect.

I strive every day to instill those same values and kindnesses in my own children. We can make the world a better place one smile at a time.

I earned my associates degree in physical therapy assisting from South College Asheville in 2015. I spent 5 years working in pediatrics and watching the life changing results that physical therapy can bring. I transitioned into administrative work where I have been for the last four years. I deeply enjoy getting to connect with the many smiling faces that come though the office everyday here at Physio, and to be a support to our wonderful therapist here.
