Lee Plamann Head Shot

Lee Plamann, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist

Please welcome our newest addition to the team, Lee Plamann, Physical Therapist. Lee joins the Physio Team with tons of amazing experience working with tendon, joint, muscle and nerve pain. He loves working with his hands and getting his clients the results they want, quickly.

Some of his special interests include Astym, Joint Mobilization/Manipulation and helping those suffering from pain, injury or weakness.

What does Lee like most about working at PHYSIO Physical Therapy and Wellness?

PHYSIO Physical Therapy is truly a unique clinic in that the staff there cares about their clients as a whole and not just their condition. The atmosphere is one of healing and positivity. Everyone who walks through the doors becomes a part of the family. I enjoy getting to meet new and exciting people every day and then having the opportunity to help them on their path to recovery and wellness.

What does he do in his free time?

I would have to say that my number one and most favorite activity would be running, and there is a strong likelihood that you can find me running around the streets of Asheville or up in these mountains of WNC. Otherwise, I absolutely adore everything to do with music, finding a good book that I can’t put down, and being able to explore all of the great eats/drinks that Asheville has to offer. The absolute best part of it all though is being able to go through this mountain life with the love of my life and my very best friend, Samantha.
