  • Chris became a physical therapist because he loves to work with and help people.  It really makes him feel good when he can make a difference by helping others decrease their pain and increase their function.  He ruptured his Achilles a few years ago and became a patient himself, which he feels gave him a unique perspective so that he can make other’s experiences with physical therapy that much better.Chris loves helping the community and friends become the best they can be. In his free time, Chris loves to travel, enjoys running, hiking, biking, and other outdoor activities.  “I also enjoy golf, tennis, getting together with friends and trying new foods. Lately, I’ve been spending time with my family.” Chris lives in Asheville with his wife, Lara, their two sons Isaac and Eli, dog Bueller, and cat Blitzen.

Tyler is a Louisiana born transplant to the Asheville area. He received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Western Carolina University and completed a year long orthopedic residency program at UNC. He is also a Certified Strength and Condition Specialist. Tyler likes to use all the skills he has learned from these experiences to assess his patients movement patterns, identify the biochemical reasons for their pain, help them work towards addressing those deficits and give them the tools to help themselves.

In his spare time he enjoys all of the wonderful hiking and camping that the Asheville area has to offer. Tabitha McDonald

Tabitha McDonald / Billing Manager / Marketing Assistant

Tabitha and her husband, Mason, love living in Asheville with their adorable dog, Gump. They relocated from Oklahoma City in 2015, and enjoy the unique artist community here. Tabitha enjoys baking, exploring the food scene around Asheville, and film making. She and her husband very involved in the Asheville film scene and spend much of their spare time doing both commercial and narrative work. “Everyone at Physio works really well together. It is one of the few places that solely has the patient’s well-being at the center of all treatment.”

Morgan is a jack-of-all-trades. She helps with all things customer related, outside of treatment.
She loves to hang out with her dog Rufio. She enjoys all things outdoors; hiking, mountain biking, camping, or just hanging out in the sun with a local beer. She also loves playing volleyball. Morgan is a world traveler. She traveled solo through 5 South American countries when she was 22.

Crystal Eterno is an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer and Certified Specialist in Strength and Conditioning. She has worked in the fitness industry for seven years, and has trained a variety of different people. Crystal loves working with fitness beginners, young athletes, and seniors. She has a special passion for working with those who would like to lose weight, as weight loss was the beginning of her journey. Crystal developed a love of health and fitness after losing 100 pounds. She understands the emotional highs and lows of weight loss, and loves to celebrate milestones with every client, no matter what the goal is! Her style is about setting small, attainable goals, meeting each person at their current fitness level, and focusing on consistency and accountability.
